Digital Communities Anerkennung - Honorary Mention 2011

Audiotool

_Audiotool_ is an innovative and powerful virtual music production suite that is programmed entirely in Flash and thus functions directly in web browsers.
With a multitude of devices, drum machines, synths and plugins available, plus a huge library of high-quality audio samples, _Audiotool_ allows users to set up and configure a professional music production studio in infinite ways, online.

Once users create tracks, they are free to publish them to the _Audiotool_ community. Depending on the license attached to the tracks by the music creator, other users may share, download or remix them.

The development team has achieved real-time sound creation in Flash and created a design-award-winning website, successfully marrying powerful functionality with an enhanced user-experience.

The result is a loyal community of digital music creatives, ever eager for more, and a development team that consistently pushes the boundaries.
_Audiotool_ is aimed at both professional music producers as well as up–and-coming novices who want to create, share and remix music, and lovers of great music all over the world.
